LET’S STOP BULLYING TOGETHER – 1st Short-term joint staff training event
Lycée D’Alembert Paris (France) – 02nd December – 8th December 2018
The high school D’Alembert welcomed from December 2 to 8 the first meeting of the Erasmus + project « Let’s stop bullying together ». Partners from six participating countries met in Paris to organize the implementation of this project.
Monday December 3rd
After the reception by Mr. Sabatier, the headmaster of the school, the work week began with the presentation of the teams and the teaching fields of each one.
For the conference on harassment several authorities and organizations were invited, the Mobile Security Service of the Paris Academy, the Prefecture of Police of Paris, the head of the DAREIC – Academic Delegation to European and International Relations and the cooperation and two associations working in protection against cyber-harassment and violence, Respect zone and Le genre égale.
The participants were informed about the devices of protection against the various forms of violence at school, implemented at national, academic or in-house levels and legislative aspects.
The visit of the Louvre Museum closed the first day of work.
Tuesday, December 4th
The first meeting of the partners in the framework of this project aims at the presentation of the project, the detailed analysis of the stages and conditions. We have established production presentation materials, student selection criteria, mobility dates and budget management, especially for beginners in Erasmus projects.
Means of dissemination and sharing have been proposed and the distribution of tasks to be done for each partner. To enjoy this wonderful city, at the end of the day we proposed a boat trip on the Seine. Wednesday, December 5thDay dedicated to visiting Paris with its famous places and beautiful monuments and the Palace of Versailles.
Thursday December 6th
In the morning we participated in a workshop on the risk of harassment and the possible devices to put in place on this subject during the project duration.
A visit of the various technical platforms allowed our partners to discover the range of training organized at the Lycée D’Alembert.
We have lunch at the high school application and much appreciated the meal and the service performed by the students in training restoration at high school Jean Drouant.
Friday, December 7th
The topic of work in the morning was on the tools of prevention and action against harassment. Mrs. Blondeau, the social worker and Ms. Janin, the nurse of the high school presented the procedure for handling cases of harassment. Ms. Habis Poirot, psychologist and head of the Manon association, the extended hand presented various devices for preventing problems of harassment and cyberbullying. The partners concluded on the importance of this topic and teamwork. We have all added to our knowledge and skills about harassment through this week’s joint work and experts in cyber-harassment.At the evaluation and dissemination meeting, the results of this week’s work were presented to an audience of teachers, experts, parents and the press. The project’s operating protocol was drafted and signed by all local coordinators.
